After careful consideration, our church has postponed the missions trip until 2017. Continue to pray as God builds me up for this adventure in 2017. It seems like a long way off but will be here before long. If you are reading this blog for updates on my trip and have sent in funds to help with my trip, they will still be used for my trip in 2017. Thank you for your prayers and contributions thus far.

Quick Update
Quick update on Togo 2016,
We are in the decision process of deciding to go in 2016 or wait 1 year and go in 2017. Please pray for guidance as we want to answer God's calling but at the same time we want out team to be safe and return home to their families.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my blog,
Dale

Fresh Air
I have decided on how to use this new blog. I will write on topics related to my new job at Computers In Ministry. God has brought me through a tough time where I learned, rejoiced and discovered his Love for me all over again. I thought I has this job offer near the end of March, come to find out the company changed their minds and didn’t offer me the job. I was understandably sad, but felt that meant God has something else in store for me. A week goes by before I get a an email from Computers In Ministry asking if I would be interested in a Help Desk Coordinator position. Of course I accepted this invitation for an interview and two weeks later I was offered the Job. Praise the Lord for his provision and his timing. Although I would not have done it this was, God’s way was best and I am so excited to be serving my Lord and Savior.
James 1:2-4 Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way. (The Message, NAV Press Pub)
